Job Title: Sushi Maker
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality sushi dishes to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook sushi ingredients according to recipes and health and safety standards
- Operate cooking equipment, such as rice cookers and deep fryers
- Handle cash transactions and process customer orders efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and hygienic work environment
Requirements:
- Experience in a commercial kitchen environment, preferably in a sushi or Asian cuisine setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays

- A competitive hourly rate of $25.85 (weekdays), increasing by 1.25 on Saturdays and 1.5 on Sundays
