About Our Trainee Program

We are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for our trainees to develop their skills and knowledge in the Early Childhood Education sector.

Our trainee program is designed to provide participants with a nationally accredited Cert III qualification while gaining essential on-the-job experience at our campuses.

We collaborate with Kool Kids as our training providers, ensuring that our trainees receive top-notch training experience. Our experienced campus team is dedicated to supporting your educational journey and offering guidance throughout your traineeship.

Program Details
  • Full-time traineeships are between 12-18 months.
  • Applicants must hold AU citizenship, permanent residency, or a visa with no working and study restrictions for a 24-month period.
  • Current or willingness to obtain a Paid Working with Children's Check (WWCC) is required.
  • Applicants must be above 18 years of age.
What We're Looking For
  • An individual with a genuine interest and passion for the Early Childhood Education sector, working with 0-6 years age group children.
  • A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A committed learner with great time and task management skills.
  • Flexibility to work in rostered rotating shifts.
