Strategic Finance Leadership Opportunity

As a key player in our finance team, you will have the opportunity to drive business growth and make a lasting impact. We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to lead financial planning and analysis for our global business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive annual budgets, long-term plans, and monthly forecasts that align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial and operational goals are met.
  • Serve as the primary financial advisor to business units, providing strategic insights on profitability, resource allocation, and investment feasibility.
  • Lead month-end close processes, variance analysis, and performance reporting to ensure accurate financial outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough financial modeling and commercial assessment of new product development projects, supporting decision-making from concept to launch.
  • Contribute to the achievement of accounting and finance strategies, including ESG and transformation goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Member of a professional accounting body.
  • 5-10 years of finance and management experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills; SAP/BI/BPC experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
  • Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning.
