Aged Care Support Specialist

Aged care employees make a positive impact on the lives of elderly individuals, providing vital support and assistance. This role requires a compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
Candidates with prior experience in aged care will be well-suited for this position. They should be able to provide high-quality care and support to clients, while also promoting their independence and dignity.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
In addition to a passion for aged care, candidates should have basic computer skills and be proficient in using electronic medical records systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct care and support to clients
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals and snacks for clients
- Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor client health and wellbeing, reporting any concerns to supervisors
- Friendly and supportive work environment

- Minimum 6 months' experience in aged care
- National Police Clearance
- NDIS Worker Screening Card (desired)
