Job Title:Digital Intelligence Analyst

This role involves providing operational support in digital intelligence analysis as directed by the Team Leader and senior analysts. The successful candidate will maintain advanced knowledge in the application of various analytical methodologies, such as discovery analysis, statistical analysis, anomaly analysis, and trend analysis to address specific investigative requirements or intelligence gaps.

The Digital Intelligence Analyst will demonstrate technical expertise, applied tradecraft, and professional decision-making in relevant domains to deliver problem-focused solutions in response to operational priorities. They will develop an understanding of how their work contributes to the wider organization's objectives. The candidate will also work closely with customers to provide recommendations and advice regarding relevant services, limitations, opportunities, and benefits that may apply to individual circumstances and available data.

The successful candidate will be able to work flexibly to operational requirements and have the ability to successfully complete an annual psychological screening specific to this position. They will also be self-driven with contemporary experience in relevant fields, including telecommunications, cyber operations, programming, geospatial analysis, and/or data analytics.

The Digital Intelligence Analyst will contribute to data analysis, tradecraft, systems, and process development to build capabilities that derive valuable insights and inform key decision-makers in support of operational requirements. They will also work with diverse and geographically dispersed teams to deliver specialist support capabilities, including mentoring and developing team members.

The successful candidate will be required to stay abreast of technological advancements and changes to legislation that enable their work. They will also be proficient in conducting behavioral and pattern analysis of information derived from various sources, including lawfully intercepted, lawfully obtained information, commercially available, and open-source data.

The Digital Intelligence Analyst will assist in the technical development of the team through knowledge sharing, coaching, and mentoring others. Furthermore, they will assist the TL and senior members to drive projects and innovation across the team.
