Lead AI Strategist

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design and deliver enterprise-grade AI/ML systems
    • Set the technical vision for AI engineering across products and platforms
    • Architect scalable, production-ready AI solutions integrated into core applications
    • Guide engineering best practices around MLOps, CI/CD, code quality, and testing
    • Drive automation across data pipelines, model lifecycle, and business workflows
    • Champion responsible AI practices including fairness, performance, and explainability
    • Mentor and upskill engineers, building strong internal capability
    • Stay across the latest tools, frameworks, and GenAI/LLM developments
  • Requirements:
    • 8-10+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years in AI/ML delivery
    • Deep knowledge of software design patterns, scalable architectures, and testing strategies
    • Proven experience deploying AI/ML models in production (model serving, monitoring, lifecycle mgmt)
    • Hands-on with GenAI / LLMs, and experience on cloud-based platforms
    • Strong grasp of MLOps, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and data infrastructure
    • Clear leadership ability—mentoring, guiding, and enabling technical teams
    • Understanding of AI risk, governance, bias, and explainability
