About the Role

The Developmental Test Manager will be responsible for overseeing verification and validation activities, preparing comprehensive test plans and procedures, and developing new documents for work procedures.

They will also conduct and manage system testing activities, identify system requirements, and manage configuration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of like-minded individuals to consult across Systems, Projects, and software Engineering
  • Oversee the verification and validation activities for the program
  • Prepare comprehensive Test Plans and Procedures
  • Develop and implement new documents for work procedures to refine engineering work streams
  • Design and implement Automated Tests Frameworks
  • Conduct and manage system testing activities, as well as identify system requirements and manage configuration
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A tertiary qualification in Software Engineering or Electronics Engineering
  • Extensive Verification & Validation experience with mission-critical systems
  • Proficient in hardware and/or software installation and configuration
