Role OverviewThis temporary, 12-month role as a Speech Pathologist at our Macquarie Park office offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team and provide high-quality, client-centred services that assist individuals with vision and hearing loss to achieve their goals and aspirations.
- Assess and develop Individual Support Plans with clients, their families, and relevant others.
- Provide evidence-based assessment, intervention supports, and other strategies to assist clients in achieving outcomes.
- Work collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team to contribute to client outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' experience providing speech pathology services.
- Sound clinical skills and knowledge.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- A valid driver's licence and Working With Children Check.
We offer a competitive remuneration package, including:
- Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
- 17.5% Annual Leave Loading.
- Extensive personal/carer's leave.
- Paid parental leave of 14 weeks for primary carer and 6 weeks for secondary carer.
