Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Representative to join our team at Travelex, the world's largest foreign exchange company. As a Retail Sales Representative, you will be the face of Travelex, promoting our exciting travel money products and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and achieve individual KPIs/targets
  • Maximize sales and promote our Travelex product range to all customers
  • Embrace a digital mindset and engage with customers through various channels
  • Monitor stock levels and investigate discrepancies
  • Comply with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Passion for travel and a positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal communication and written comprehension skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in retail, cash-handling, and/or banking is desirable
  • Ability to handle routine activities with attention to accuracy and detail
  • A strong record of performance delivery through increased sales and/or performance against KPIs
  • Ability to build and manage relationships across all levels
