We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team in the Greater Bendigo region. This role will lead the Victorian initiative in selling, listing, and marketing commercial properties across Greater Bendigo.
The ideal candidate will have a strong presence in the marketplace, build relationships with key clients, and maintain an active pipeline of potential buyers and sellers.
Negotiating property transactions from start to finish is a key responsibility of this role. The successful candidate will also conduct inspections and associated duties with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property.
This role offers the opportunity to cultivate strong relationships with key account clients, deliver market knowledge and advice to clients, and coordinate the marketing and selling of properties.
The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial and commercially astute individual with B2B experience, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow.
A current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate is required for this role, as well as a commitment to ongoing professional development.
