About the Role

As Head of Practice, you will be responsible for leading a national team of lawyers, conveyancers, and managers, providing strategic leadership aligned with governance and partnership requirements.

You will ensure practice compliance with regulatory standards, service level agreements, and internal policies, championing innovation and continuous improvement in legal service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supporting a national team of lawyers, conveyancers, and managers.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5 – 8+ years PAE in property law with a principal practicing certificate (or ability to obtain one).
  • Proven track record in leading and mentoring high-performing legal teams in a dynamic regulatory environment.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and negotiation skills to drive collaboration and business success.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute business growth strategies, expand service offerings, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Expertise in compliance, risk management, and governance with a focus on proactive leadership and strategic oversight.
