The Opportunity:

Seeking a passionate communicator who presents in a self-assured, authentic manner and knows how to build relationships while caring about providing an extraordinary customer experience.

This role is a casual position, working regular weekends and public holidays as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate harmoniously in a small team, as well as work independently
  • Work collaboratively with your team in day-to-day store operations
  • Develop meaningful relationships with our customers
  • Drive sales by delivering exceptional customer service

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Retail experience in selling big-ticket items preferred but not essential
  • High standards of customer service delivery
  • Confident and professional communication skills
  • Computer knowledge beneficial (experience with relevant systems an advantage)
  • Determination to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Fitness to walk the floor and carry stock safely, as required
