About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Manager to lead the development and delivery of our TAF retail training program.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of branding and culture, and the ability to train and develop staff to improve business results.

The role involves managing the ongoing development and delivery of the TAF retail training program through a blended learning program, encompassing in-store and online training, seminars, and conferences.

The goal is to support and drive all levels of the TAF business forward through education and hands-on training, consulting, influencing, and engaging stakeholders to support the transfer of learning to the workplace.

To be successful you will have:

  • Proven experience as a Retail Training Manager, Cluster/Area Manager, or similar
  • Experience in developing training content
  • Experience in the management, coordination, and facilitation of training workshops and initiatives
  • People Management Experience
  • An experienced facilitator
  • Proficient in MS Office
