The role offers structured rotations across mechanical engineering projects and machinery, allowing you to gain hands-on experience and broaden your skills across departments. You will also have the chance to hone functional expertise in mining engineering, develop personal leadership potential, and transition seamlessly from student life with comprehensive onboarding and dedicated mentoring.

To succeed in this role, you must have completed a relevant Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline, graduated within the last two years, or be in your final year of study. You must also have unrestricted rights to work in Australia and a genuine passion for mining, a collaborative mindset, and flexibility to relocate to Blackwater, QLD.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual who wants to learn from the best. As a graduate, you will be part of a supportive community, enjoying a location with a short 15-minute drive to work every day and 2.5 hours from the Capricorn Coast – spend your days off on some of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
