We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to take on a leadership position in our team, leading the delivery of professional services and managing budgets.
- This is an exciting opportunity to work in a picturesque regional city, halfway between Melbourne and Adelaide.
As Pharmacist Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team in delivering high-quality healthcare services, including MedsChecks, vaccinations, medication management, and patient consultations. You will also manage budgets, drive key performance indicators (KPIs), and foster a supportive team culture.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in community pharmacy in Australia, with strong knowledge of 8CPA services and QCPP compliance. They should possess confident leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage KPIs, budgets, and team development.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of pharmacists in delivering professional services
- Manage budgets and drive KPIs
- Foster a supportive team culture
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
- $60-$65 per hour (weekday rates) plus weekend penalty rates
- Relocation allowance
- Full-time roster (38 hours/week) - flexible scheduling within team
