About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Motorcycle Delivery Driver to join our team at Australia Post. As a Postie Rider, you will be responsible for delivering mail and small parcels to homes and businesses across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering mail and small parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Operating a motorcycle safely and efficiently, adhering to all road rules and regulations
  • Providing excellent customer service and interacting with customers in a professional manner
  • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
  • Completing daily vehicle safety checks and reporting any issues to management

Requirements

  • A full or probationary QLD motorcycle licence and regular riding experience
  • Ability to lift up to 16kgs of mail and parcels regularly
  • Flexibility to work additional hours if required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
