Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our mobile fleet team in Queensland. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership, maintenance and management services to ensure safe and efficient delivery of vehicles, equipment and plant to site operations teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asset maintenance leadership, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Lead a high-performing team of maintenance professionals;
  • Prioritise tasks within the region for best maintenance outcomes;
  • Maintain third party maintenance support networks and vendors;
  • Ensure compliance to maintenance management plans;
  • Drive cost-efficient maintenance outcomes;

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritising tasks within the region for best maintenance outcomes;
  • Maintaining third party maintenance support networks and vendors;
  • Ensuring compliance to maintenance management plans for all mobile assets on sites within the region;
  • Driving cost-efficient maintenance outcomes;
Requirements
  • A Trades Certificate in Automotive Technology or Plant Mechanical Technology;
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar or equivalent asset maintenance leadership role;
  • Strong mechanical aptitude;
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
