Job Title: Lead Educator and Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Educator to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a vital role in shaping the direction of our service and ensuring we deliver high-quality programs for children.

About the Role:

This is a 30 hour per week position available immediately. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading and coordinating our OSHC program, developing and implementing engaging and inclusive activities, and providing support and guidance to our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement programs that meet the needs of children and promote their learning and development
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and achievements
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in early childhood education or a related field
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals
