Team Leader Ambulance Services

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Ambulance Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing daily road-ambulance operations and scheduled/unscheduled event-medical deployments across SA and NT.

You will lead frontline paramedic and patient-transport teams engaged in RFDS ambulance activity, event medicine, and remote/primary-health support. Your expertise and leadership skills will ensure that we deliver high-quality patient care and meet service objectives, contractual KPIs, and event-risk assessments.

About You
  • Proven experience in team-leadership and supervisory roles.
  • High-level clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound understanding of WHS and clinical-governance frameworks.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Minimum five years Paramedic (or higher) experience post-qualification with demonstrated exposure to out-of-hospital ambulance operations.
