Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chief Radiographer to lead our radiography teams across two sites in Melbourne. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for managing two clinics, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general scans on patients of all ages, utilizing your technical skills and expertise.
  • Work independently, making sound decisions, and taking initiative to resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain equipment, ensuring quality control measures are in place.
Requirements
  • Current AHPRA Registration.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a general Radiographer.
  • Previous experience working within a Clinic setting.
  • Strong technical skills, with a focus on radiography.
  • Ability to manage, coach, and lead clinic staff.
  • Strong patient care approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant Radiology Qualification.
