We are seeking an experienced Chief Radiographer to lead our radiography teams across two sites in Melbourne. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for managing two clinics, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Perform general scans on patients of all ages, utilizing your technical skills and expertise.
- Work independently, making sound decisions, and taking initiative to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain equipment, ensuring quality control measures are in place.
- Current AHPRA Registration.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a general Radiographer.
- Previous experience working within a Clinic setting.
- Strong technical skills, with a focus on radiography.
- Ability to manage, coach, and lead clinic staff.
- Strong patient care approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant Radiology Qualification.
- Competitive base salary offering between $60 and $70 per hour + super, depending on experience.
