M365 Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled M365 Consultant to join our team. As an M365 Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, building and supporting solutions end to end for our customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analysing business requirements and developing project documentation including solution designs documents, recommendation reports and systems as-built.
  • Facilitating customer workshops and presentations providing thought leadership.
  • Providing technical leadership for customers' Microsoft 365 environments and solutions.
  • Building and deploying solutions within the Microsoft 365 platform, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Leading and executing Microsoft 365 migration projects, migrating information from legacy systems into SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Facilitating training workshops and developing training materials.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in an ICT Professional Services organisation as a Microsoft 365 Consultant.
  • Experience designing, building and deploying SharePoint Online, MS Teams and Power Platform solutions.
  • Experience migrating content into Microsoft 365.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Experience running workshops.
  • Ability to address complex business problems with M365 based solutions.
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise information architecture.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience developing Power Automate workflows and Power Apps.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of core collaboration services in M365; SharePoint Online, MS Teams and OneDrive.
  • Experience developing PowerShell scripts.
