CSL Seqirus is a leading provider of influenza vaccines and speciality pharmaceuticals. As a major contributor to global pandemic preparedness, we are seeking a skilled Aseptic Manufacturing Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Reporting to the Team Leader – Formulation (or) Downstream, you will be responsible for the production of vaccines using aseptic manufacturing processes. This will involve equipment preparation, automated and manual washing, integrity testing of filters, and autoclaving to sterilise equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment preparation for sterile manufacturing
- Use of automated and manual washing equipment, integrity testing of filters, and autoclaving to sterilise equipment
- Aseptic processing techniques
- Documentation and record keeping
- Performing calculations and verifying critical process parameters
- Sampling of products for Quality Control testing
Requirements:
- Experience with aseptic processes (Grade A, B, Class 100, Class 1000)
- Knowledge of cGMP regulations and Quality Management Systems
- Clear, legible handwriting
- Ability to maintain attention to detail with minimal errors
- Problem solving with interpersonal and organisational skills
- Flexible and adaptable to change and collaborative team player
