The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business sales and identifying opportunities to expand the portfolio within existing accounts.

About the Position:
  • Drive new business through proactive prospecting efforts
  • Employ an account-based selling approach with support from marketing and the sales development team
  • Conduct discovery calls with potential clients to understand their needs and pain points
  • Present customized solutions matching the client's requirements
  • Collaborate with the technical team and customer success function to ensure all client needs are met
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Key Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years closing experience in software sales - ERP/Con-tech a bonus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to think on your feet and handle rejection and setbacks with grace
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of selling into retail, manufacturing, and construction verticals a big bonus
