High Net Worth Family Law Specialist

We are seeking an experienced family lawyer to join our team, providing expert advice to high-net-worth clients.
About the Role
This is a senior position that requires at least 8 years' experience in family law. You will work alongside accredited specialists and industry-leading partners, with added support from our family law teams nationally.
The role involves representing high net worth clients based both locally and overseas on a wide range of matters including divorce, property settlements, parenting disputes, financial agreements, child support, and family violence. You will also act in both alternative dispute resolution (e.g. mediations and settlement conferences) and litigated disputes, primarily in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice to high-net-worth clients on family law matters
- Represent clients in court and in alternative dispute resolution proceedings
- Work collaboratively with other lawyers and support staff to achieve client goals
- Develop and implement strategies to grow your practice and contribute to the growth of the firm

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 8 years' experience practising in family law
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to display empathy and build rapport
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior lawyers
