Teaching Science to Secondary Students

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative educator to teach science to secondary students in a co-educational setting.


The successful candidate will be an outstanding classroom teacher with expertise in teaching science, knowledgeable in current pedagogical thinking and committed to student care and wellbeing.


Key responsibilities include developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.


Experience teaching VCE Biology would be an asset.

Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Education or a related field.
  • Proven teaching experience, particularly in science education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • VIT registration and a current criminal record check are required for this role.
