Drive Transformation in Health and Human Services

We are seeking a passionate professional to lead the transformation of the health and human services sector through innovative consulting solutions.

The Opportunity:

  • Lead teams to develop digital and technology strategies for system managers and health services/providers, driving business growth and service delivery excellence.
  • Define and implement future state operating models for business units and functions to align with strategic goals, improve efficiency, and enhance service delivery.
  • Conduct options analysis, detailed business case development, and funding submissions for local, state, and federal departments and providers.
  • Manage and implement technology-enabled transformational change that improves the day-to-day lives of providers and patients.
  • Lead business development activities that directly impact our growth and reputation in the health sector.
  • Take on responsibilities and provide guiding oversight for high-impact presentations and reports, including detailed quantitative analysis for clients and stakeholders.
  • Work on client site to execute project and change management initiatives, leading workshops, delivering training sessions, and ensuring measurable outcomes.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in consulting or professional services firms or health industry roles, with strong project management certification (PM) and end-to-end project delivery expertise.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent industry experience, with confidence in leading and working within large and multi-disciplinary teams.
