We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Support Assistants in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for those passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with diverse needs.

  • Inclusive Education Support: Assist students with special learning requirements, including those with disabilities and English language learners.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Teachers to identify student issues and recommend solutions.
  • Enhancing Learning: Support students one-on-one or in small groups to enhance their understanding of the curriculum.

The ideal candidate will have experience in writing and implementing Individual Educational Programs (IEPs) and a passion for supporting students with learning difficulties.

Ideal for someone who is passionate about empowering students to achieve their full potential.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • An active Christian faith;
  • a current Working With Children check (WWC);
  • Police Clearance;
  • the right to live and work in Australia;
  • relevant qualifications;
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
