Loss Adjuster

Maas Constructions is seeking a motivated Loss Adjuster to join our high-performing team in Tamworth, NSW.

• Assess damage to insured properties and provide accurate builders assessment reports and repair budgets for insurers to review.
• Communicate clear and accurate advice, solutions, timeframes, and claim progress to stakeholders.
• Support the Insurance Manager to identify customer resolution strategies to minimize customer escalations.
• Determine an appropriate claim fulfillment method that balances customer needs and insurer requirements.
• Respond to customer and stakeholder requests within expected or agreed timeframes.

• Experience in the Building and Construction Industry is preferred.
• Will to travel and spend prolonged periods of time working out of the office.
• Able to use technology and systems to execute the role efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and Australian Standards.

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $70,000 and $100,000 AUD, depending on experience.
