Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Scheduler to join our team in a defence environment. As the Scheduler, you will work alongside experienced project managers and stakeholders to ensure the development and completion of project progress and milestones through scheduling.

  • Revising and updating the Open Plan Professional (OPP) Project and Contract Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) so that they are in-line with appropriate industry standards.
  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of CASG project Integrated Master Schedules across multiple Projects.
  • Preparing schedule reports (including cartoon schedules) for estimates (bi-annually) and reporting meetings.
  • Identifying potential risks, issues and opportunities in regards to project schedules.
  • Mentoring advice and assistance to CASG project management personnel in relation to the use of current industry best practice schedule tools and project schedule reporting methodologies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have demonstrated competence and experience as per skill level 3 Advanced Practitioner or above. You must also have experience developing, maintaining and reporting on CASG schedules, as well as ability to work autonomously and demonstrate an ability to meet demanding milestones.
