We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at Singtel Optus Pty Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales results in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service and Sales: Provide personalized solutions and product expertise to customers, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and products, and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to create a welcoming and inclusive store environment, driving sales and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Sales Experience: Proven track record of sales success in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of technology products and services, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team, driving sales and customer satisfaction.
