About the Role:

The Property Inspection Manager will be responsible for leading inspections of rental properties, preparing condition reports and OFIs, and conducting routine inspections.

This is a hands-on role that offers clear growth pathways and the support of a high-performing team. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a two-on, four-off rotation (with time in lieu).

  • Conduct thorough property inspections, prepare accurate reports, and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions

Requirements:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A current Police Check
  • A reliable car and Victorian Driver's Licence
  • Agent's Representative Certificate (or Licence)
  • Genuine interest in delivering great customer experiences
  • A strong work ethic, a positive mindset, and good time management
