Sales Assistant Role

A dynamic sales opportunity exists for a skilled professional to join our motorcycle team. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, have a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

About the Role
  • Ensure safety standards are met and maintain a safe working environment for all team members and customers.
  • Contribute to achieving sales and key performance indicators (KPIs) in the store.
  • Work effectively as part of a high-performing team.
  • Provide personalized customer service and promote products with confidence.
  • Maintain showroom presentation and ensure shelves are fully stocked.
  • Clean and maintain showroom standards to create an engaging customer experience.
  • Be committed to shifts and demonstrate reliability in meeting business objectives.
  • Have a genuine interest in motorcycles and stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Additional requirements include physical stamina, flexibility and ability to lift, bend and climb.

  • You enjoy being proactive at work and can prioritize tasks effectively.
  • You are a motorcycle enthusiast with some retail experience and enjoy building meaningful relationships with customers and peers.
  • You consider yourself fun, enthusiastic and dedicated to delivering results.
