We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator to join our team at E4 Recruitment. As a key member of our aged care team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of clinical staff to deliver high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of clinical staff to ensure excellent service delivery and adherence to legislation and policies.
- Coordinate communications and services between residents, families, and medical professionals.
- Develop and implement infection control and occupational health and safety standards.
- Assist in the commonwealth government funding process.
- Ensure education programs and quality improvement initiatives are implemented.
- Comply with accreditation standards and guidelines for residential care services.
- Current Nurses Registration with AHPRA.
- A strong background in aged care at an RN level.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of aged care accreditation standards, resident appraisal, classification processes, and ANACC.
- Proven experience leading, motivating, and managing a team.
- Excellent IT skills with the ability to implement and evaluate the use of IT systems in a residential aged care environment.
- A strong passion for quality in aged care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hard working and flexible.
