We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our dynamic data team as part of our National Graduate Program. This exciting opportunity will provide the successful candidate with a comprehensive learning experience, equipping them with the skills and knowledge required to excel in their chosen career.

About the Role

We are looking for a graduate with a degree in data or related fields who is passionate about working with numbers and turning data into actionable insights. As a member of our data team, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing innovative solutions to drive business growth.

  • Data Analysis and Research: You will work closely with our experienced data analysts to analyze and interpret large datasets, identify key trends and patterns, and develop insightful reports to inform business decisions.
  • Information Management: You will be responsible for designing and implementing effective data management systems, ensuring that all data is accurately recorded, stored, and retrieved.
  • Data Engineering and Analytics Development: You will work on developing and maintaining our data infrastructure, including databases, data warehouses, and data visualization tools.
  • Fraud and Compliance Investigation: You will investigate potential fraud cases and ensure that all transactions are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in data analysis and interpretation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. You will also need to have a degree in data or a related field and be able to demonstrate a passion for working with data.

  • Strong analytical skills: You should be able to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets, identify trends and patterns, and develop insightful reports.
  • Excellent communication skills: You should be able to effectively communicate complex ideas and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively: You should be able to work effectively as part of a dynamic team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
