About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled Corporate Transformation Professionals to support our client's Defence project. Based in Adelaide or Melbourne with opportunities for work from home, this is a fantastic chance to join an exciting initiative.

As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to work on multiple roles across 6 + 6 + 6 month contracts. You will be responsible for establishing a Centre of Excellence for Organisational Change Management Practices and Processes, working closely with Shared Service Liaison within DSSC.

The successful candidates will play a critical role in shaping and delivering effective communication and change activities specifically in relation to the Defence Physical Security Uplift Project PSUP. With a strong understanding of change management frameworks, methodologies, and tools, you will design and implement change strategies tailored to the unique needs of the organisation.

About You

  • You hold a Bachelors degree in Business, Organisational Development, Human Resources, or related field, with Certification in Change Management a plus.
  • With a minimum of 5 years experience in change management, organisational development, or related fields, you have led change initiatives across various functions or departments.
  • You possess strong expertise in change management frameworks, methodologies, and tools, with the ability to design and implement change strategies tailored to the unique needs of the organisation.
  • You have experience delivering training and workshops to diverse audiences, including senior leaders and employees, with a strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.

Earnings Estimate

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $120,000 per annum, based on industry standards for similar roles in the region.
