We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our high-performing team in a retail sales environment.

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, promoting a high-performing and collaborative culture, and ensuring the showroom is maintained to the highest of standards.

• Demonstrate a proven track record in selling high-value items and leading a successful team of sales consultants.
• Be driven to succeed, competitive, ambitious, and self-motivated, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Have exceptional leadership and motivational skills to drive sales outcomes with every team member.
• Be available to work every weekend, as this is our busiest time.
• Immaculately presented, suitable for a high-end showroom environment.

About the Role:

• Maximise sales opportunities while providing an excellent standard of customer service at all times.
• Provide exceptional product knowledge and offer solutions to customers' furnishing needs.
• Lead a team to successfully achieve KPIs on daily and weekly targets.
• Train and coach new and existing staff, constantly developing your team.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, solve problems, maintain strong customer relationships, and provide great aftercare service.
