Barista Position

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at our Springvale store. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality coffees, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about our products.
  • Prepare high-quality coffees using our espresso machines and grinders.
  • Maintain a clean store environment by adhering to our cleaning schedule and ensuring all equipment is in good working order.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in a coffee-related role (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Have 1 year of experience in customer service (preferred).
  • Have 1 year of experience with POS systems (preferred).

Work Authorisation:

  • Australian work authorisation required.
