Job Description

As the ANZ Channel Sales Manager at Veeam, a global market leader in data protection and ransomware recovery, you will be responsible for leading our team of channel, inside channel, and inside distribution managers. Your primary goal will be to develop relationships with key partners, set direction for the ANZ channel strategy, and drive business growth through improved channel engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of channel, inside channel, and inside distribution managers
  • Contribute to revenue targets and goals through successful channel engagement
  • Develop and execute the ANZ channel plan across four sales engines: SMB, Commercial, Enterprise, and Cloud
  • Analyse market dynamics to maximize existing successes and create new sales growth opportunities
  • Establish and report on metrics to measure team performance and correct deficiencies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required (consideration given to a combination of education and experience)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Channel Sales Manager with a successful track record of leading a team
  • Successful sales experience with a channel-focused company
  • People management experience
  • Proven track record of successful selling through the channel in a competitive marketplace
