Guest Services Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Services Agent to join our team at the Alamanda Palm Cove hotel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, such as data entry, cash handling, and maintaining accurate records.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient service delivery.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Administrative Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems and software.
- Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
