Job Summary:

Prouds Jewellers is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager at our Dalby location. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Coach and train team members to improve sales skills and product knowledge
  • Manage stock levels, merchandise displays, and maintain a high level of store appearance
  • Operational requirements including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, and general housekeeping

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the retail industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting sales targets and achieving business objectives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
