We are seeking an Early Childhood Educator to join our team in providing high-quality education and care for young children. The successful candidate will have a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Education and Care, as well as strong communication and organisational skills.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic early childhood educator to work in a dynamic and nurturing environment where children flourish and reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have experience in writing observations and linking outcomes back to the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). They will be able to develop and deliver education programs that support children's independence, resilience, and social and emotional wellbeing.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Education and Care
  • Strong understanding of early learning pedagogy and working knowledge of the National Quality Framework including National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Demonstrated experience in writing observations and linking outcomes back to the EYLF
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
