Education Leadership Opportunity

This role is ideal for a passionate and experienced educator who wants to make a lasting impact on the lives of young children. As an Education Leader, you will have the opportunity to lead transformative change and champion excellence in educational practice.

  • Lead Change: Collaborate with educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children.
  • Champion Excellence: Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the centre leadership team to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children.
  • Support educators in their professional growth and development, providing coaching and mentoring as needed.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support the delivery of high-quality educational programs.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Teacher Accreditation (NESA).
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check.
