The position involves providing academic leadership to further develop and grow the excellence of the Sub-Faculty’s education and research programs.
The successful candidate will ensure outstanding learning and teaching, research, and engagement outcomes.
They will take a leading role in government, industry, philanthropy, and community engagement nationally and internationally to grow the Sub-Faculty programs.
They will foster a culture of excellence, performance, and engagement, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
The role inspires and motivates the Sub-Faculty to deliver a distinctly Monash student experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic direction to the Sub-Faculty
- Evaluate and enhance learning and teaching, research, and engagement outcomes
- Pursue opportunities for government, industry, philanthropy, and community engagement
- Cultivate a culture of excellence, performance, and engagement
- Motivate the Sub-Faculty to achieve its goals
