About Your New Role

Join us at our bustling production site, where we have invested in growing our production capability. This means we are ready to welcome Production Team Members into varied opportunities across our manufacturing lines.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Operate and Monitor High-Speed Machinery: Set up, start, operate and monitor beverage production machinery to ensure efficient and continuous production in accordance with safety and quality standards.
  • Perform Routine Maintenance: Conduct basic maintenance, cleaning and adjustments on machines to minimize downtime and maintain optimal performance.
  • Quality Control Checks: Inspect products for consistency, labeling and packaging accuracy; report or correct any deviations to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

What We Look For

We are looking for individuals with a proactive mindset that will see them keep on top of tasks during their shift. They should have good verbal and written communication skills to manage day-to-day tasks, breakdowns, quality and safety issues and escalations. We also seek eagerness to learn the production line, a disciplined attitude to work safely in their environment and around the plant, and excellent problem-solving skills.
