About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a design-focused Civil Engineer with experience in water pipelines, pump stations, hydraulics, treatment plants, and water or wastewater. You will be responsible for working on behalf of the community to improve safety, reliability, cost, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop water infrastructure projects, including pipelines, pump stations, and treatment plants.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Provide technical oversight and guidance to junior engineers and contribute to client relationships.
- Develop and maintain effective communication and people skills to work with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Requirements:
- Hold an accredited Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree.
- Proven ability to work in engineering and design modeling teams, manage projects to scope, budget, and program.
- Previous experience gained within an engineering consultancy environment.
- On the path to becoming a Chartered Engineer (CPEng) or have eligibility to apply for this accreditation.
