Your Role

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing friendly, fast, and efficient service to every customer.
  • Be a true JD ambassador, always showing positivity and professionalism.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, trends, in-store promotions, and processes.
  • Sell our products and work as a team to achieve sales and KPI targets.
  • Maintain clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor.

What we're looking for

  • We're looking for flexibility—weekends, late nights, and public holidays are a must.
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service roles, and/or a genuine passion for connecting with people.
  • Strong communication skills, someone who can engage confidently with customers.
