Job Opportunity:

As a Support Worker, you will have the chance to make a significant impact in people's lives. Your role will involve supporting clients with daily activities like cooking, cleaning, and assistance in the community.

  • You will also support clients with personal care, mobility, and medication prompting.
  • Support clients in achieving their goals and making choices in partnership with other networks.

Clients live at home in Devonport and surrounding suburbs, and we aim to roster employees based on geographic location to minimize travel time.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support clients with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, and assistance in the community.
  • Qualified workers will also support clients with personal care, mobility, and medication prompting.
  • Support clients in achieving their goals and making choices in partnership with other networks.
Requirements:
  • A Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability, or Individual Support is preferred.
  • A current and valid Driver's Licence and insured vehicle are required.
  • The ability to work independently and effectively manage time is essential.
  • Proficiency in technology such as smartphones, email, and internet is necessary.
