This Compliance Team Leader role is based in Melbourne and plays a critical part in our organisation's success.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing the annual audit plan to support assurance requirements and continuous improvement
  • Building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate successful program implementation
  • Contributing to the effective management of the Vic business via continuous improvement and risk management activities
  • Leading a team of Compliance Officers

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • An excellent understanding of Victorian Workers' Compensation requirements, WorkSafe, and EML systems
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the Victorian Workers' Compensation sector or equivalent experience in another sector
  • Experience in risk, compliance, and leadership is highly desirable
  • Superior communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong personal responsibility ideals and customer service skills

With a salary of $120,000-$150,000 per annum, depending on experience, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on someone's life every day.
