The role of a Commercial Vehicle Parts Sales Specialist is to deliver exceptional customer service by applying skills, knowledge, and experience in aftermarket spare parts for commercial vehicles.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, key responsibilities include:
- Timely response and efficient management of customer enquiries
- Preparation of quotes, purchase orders and timely completion of other related documentation
- Assisting other team members in daily transactions
- Assisting in delivery and maintenance of the warehouse as required
About You
To be successful as our Commercial Vehicle Parts Sales Specialist, you will have a solid background in automotive vehicle parts sales, good communication skills, good customer service skills and a proven track record in automotive or commercial parts sales. Experience in HV and Automotive spare parts sales is highly advantageous.
You should possess good problem-solving skills, effectiveness in prioritising multiple tasks, strong mechanical aptitude, great industry knowledge, a can-do attitude, flexibility, be a team player, customer-focused and innovative. Administrative skills including intermediate computer skills are also essential.
