About the Role

As a manager in training, you'll work alongside your store leader to coach and lead a sales team while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be hands-on in day-to-day operations, driving key performance indicators (KPIs), and helping create a high-performing team culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Store Leader with team leadership, coaching, and performance management
  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences through product knowledge and storytelling
  • Achieving personal sales targets while guiding the team to meet store goals
  • Championing our brand through impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Contributing to stock control, cash handling, rostering, compliance, and store audits
  • Creating a safe, inclusive, and inspiring workplace for your team and customers
  • Leading by example in customer service, professionalism, and personal presentation

You'll have opportunities to step into leadership when the Store Leader is away, combining structured learning, real-time coaching, and growth towards retail leadership.

Requirements
  • Passion for people, performance, and jewellery
  • Leadership skills and experience in retail or sales
  • A flair for storytelling and building genuine customer connections
  • Ability to work within a 7-day roster including weekends and late trade
  • Strong sense of accountability, professionalism, and personal pride
